Unlawful Activities

Customers must use Microfidelity services for lawful purposes only. Transmission of any material that violates any country, federal, state, or local law is prohibited. This includes child pornography and copyrighted materials for which the customer does not have the copyright or an appropriate license. Using Microfidelity’s servers or network to conspire to commit or support illegal activities is strictly forbidden.

Unauthorized Access and Hacking

Websites that focus on hacking activities or distributing hacking tools are not allowed. Additionally, using Microfidelity’s systems or network to access any system, service, or network without the owner's consent is strictly prohibited.

Service Disruptions

Any activity that disrupts or interferes with Microfidelity’s network/servers or any external network is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or other maliciously configured software.

Cryptocurrency Mining

Mining of any cryptocurrency is not permitted on any Microfidelity platform. This includes individual, collective, or cloud mining of any digital currency.

Anonymous Proxy Use

Anonymous proxies, which are often abused and can negatively impact servers and networks, are not allowed on Microfidelity’s network and servers.

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Customers must not have any content on their site that promotes, sells, or makes available tools or methods for sending unsolicited emails or usenet postings (spam). Using Microfidelity’s servers for relaying unsolicited emails or usenet postings, or using unsolicited communications to advertise a site hosted at Microfidelity, is strictly prohibited. Any complaints about violations of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

Harvesting Personal Information

Collecting or using email addresses, screen names, or other personal identifiers without the consent of the person identified (including phishing, internet scams, password theft, spidering, and harvesting) is prohibited.

Blacklisting

If the IP numbers assigned to your account are listed on an abuse database or blacklist like Spamhaus, you will be in violation of this policy. Microfidelity may take action to protect its IP numbers, including suspending and/or terminating your service, regardless of whether the IP numbers were listed due to your actions.

Investment Sites

Sites related to FOREX, e-gold exchange, and similar investment activities are prohibited.

Impersonation and Spoofing

Using Microfidelity’s network to impersonate another person or entity, whether through email, internet forums, or any other means, is strictly prohibited. This includes spoofing email or network packet headers for any purpose.

Search Engine Manipulation

Customers must not engage in activities related to Black Hat SEO, spamdexing, or scraper sites. These activities can severely affect server performance and are not permitted.

Retaliatory Actions

Any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against Microfidelity’s network or website, or against Microfidelity’s employees, officers, or agents, including engaging in behavior that results in a server being targeted by a denial of service attack (DoS), is prohibited.

Personal Backups

Except for dedicated servers, cloud products, and specific instances, customers must use Microfidelity’s servers primarily for hosting a website and associated email functions. Data uploaded must primarily serve this purpose. Microfidelity’s services are not intended for data backup or archiving. For example, storing personal mail archives or security camera footage on Microfidelity’s servers is not allowed.

Microfidelity reserves the right to delete excessive mail archives. Additional charges may apply for exceeding allocated transfer bandwidth.
