SERVICE OF PROCESS: SUBPOENAS, WARRANTS, COURT ORDERS

Microfidelity respectfully requests that all subpoenas, warrants, or other legal orders be served via email to our designated address:

This method ensures prompt notification to our Legal team and efficient processing.

Please note that Microfidelity does not accept subpoenas, warrants, or other court orders via physical mail (including certified mail) or any other electronic means. All legal requests must be sent exclusively to legal@microfidelity.com for processing.

Preservation Requests

Microfidelity complies with preservation requests from law enforcement for official criminal investigations. Pursuant to 18 USC § 2703(f), we will preserve requested account records for 90 days upon receipt of formal legal process. An additional 90-day extension may be granted if requested within the initial period.

If no extension or production order is received, preserved data will be deleted immediately after the initial 90-day period. The statute limits extensions, ensuring Microfidelity preserves data for a maximum of 180 days.
